Next week, the Coral Gables Development Review Committee intends to review plans for a boutique condominium that would replace three single-family homes.

The Miami Beach Design Review Board has unanimously approved plans for a 330-foot waterfront condominium tower at 1250 West Avenue in South Beach. Designed by Hollywood-based ODP Architecture and Design and developed by Terra in partnership with RG Development Group and GV Development, the project is planned to replace the existing 15-story, 238-unit condominium building constructed in 1964 with a 106-unit luxury residential tower.

An affiliate of New York-based KIMCO has filed plans for the latest addition of Dania Pointe in Broward County. Its newest phase would feature two eight-story buildings that would host both residential and retail space.

Construction is underway on Pagani Residences, a 30-story waterfront condominium tower at 7940 West Drive in North Bay Village. Designed by A++ and developed by Riviera Horizons in collaboration with Horacio Pagani and Pagani Arte, the boutique residential project will yield 70 all-corner residences overlooking Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The development will also include expansive private terraces, a rooftop pool with 360-degree views, a 29th-floor wellness level, a private marina, a 240-foot waterfront boardwalk, yacht club and beach club access, and an automotive concierge program powered by Prestige Imports.
