Ambienta Bay Harbor Island is currently unfolding in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The multi-million-dollar project broke ground earlier in 2021, with Ambienta Developers LLC operating as the owner and general contractor. When the residential community opens, it will measure seven stories above grade and comprise 30 units.
Residences measure anywhere from about 1,200 to 1,660 square feet eah. They include two- and three-bedroom floor plans, per the Real Deal. Each unit will come with two parking spaces and storage options. Plans also call for a covered parking structure. Sources show that the units are classified as condos, available for either rent or purchase.
The condos come with wrap-around terraces, quartz countertops, imported cabinetry, and Bluetooth keyless entry. Revuelta Architecture International Inc. is the project’s architect. Conceptual renderings show a glass facade with a double-height lobby and a private waiting area. Construction on the boutique homes is expected to top off in July 2022 and start offering homes in Spring 2023.
Homes will range from around $760,000 to $1.2 million, though this could change the closer the community gets to opening. Ambienta Bay Harbor Island’s address is 9901 West Bay Harbor Drive, Bay Harbor Islands, Miami, Florida, 33154, in Miami-Dade County. The community is “within close distance to the heart of Miami,” per Diener Properties.
