EDEN Living has a new housing development unfolding in Wildwood, Florida. Many sources call it “Eden Village.” The $36.8 million venture will offer 130 build-to-rent residences, measuring 799 square feet to 1,268 square feet each, per Real Estate Weekly.
The homes will comprise one-bedroom to two-bedroom units. Communal amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, park with walkways, and clubhouse. These are class A amenities.
Construction started on the horizontal apartment complex earlier this summer. Certified General Contractors, Inc. hopes to complete the project in September 2023. Multi-Housing News reports that the venture rests on a 15-acre build site. The owner acquired the build site in April 2022. Prior to construction, the build site was used for agricultural purposes.
At this time, no rent information is available. Wildwood, Florida, is seeing a big real estate boom. So, Eden Village could offer housing for at-rate or above-rate costs.
Sources report that EDEN Living’s venture will require more than 130,000 square feet of new construction. EDEN Multifamily is Eden Village’s developer. It is working alongside Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, which has funded some of other EDEN Multifamily’s ventures.
Eden Village’s address is listed as 2072 County Road 501, Wildwood, Florida, 34785, in Sumter County. It’s located west of Leesburg.
