Nora, a Mixed-Use Development, Could Soon Start Construction at North Railroad Avenue in West Palm Beach, Florida, 33401

Nora is an exciting new venture planned for West Palm Beach, Florida. The development, which will reach completion in phases, could start construction by the end of this year.

Ideally, it will open in early 2024, according to the Palm Beach Post. Nora will replace old warehouses and, upon completion, will offer restaurants, apartments, bars, and various businesses. The owner of Blink Monk, a wine bar in West Palm Beach, hopes to have another venture at Nora.

Completion’s slated for 2025.

The first phase will offer 150,000 square feet of “adaptive reuse and new development and will be home to best-in-class hospitality, retail, and wellness.” The second phase may comprise a significant portion of the venture, offering hotel rooms, office space, and residential development.

The venture will rest on 72 parcels, making it one of the biggest projects in the town’s recent history. Sources report that the venture will cost around $150 million to complete. Developers on the project include Wheelock Communities, Place Projects, and NDT Development. The two latter organizations are based locally in South Florida, while Wheelock Communities is based out of Greenwich, Connecticut.

Nora will be located on North Railroad Avenue in West Palm Beach, Florida, 33401, in Palm Beach County. It’s east of I-95.
