Lotis Wellington I is a mixed-use venture unfolding in Palm Beach County, Florida. The lot was formerly a shell-rock mine, per the Palm Beach Post. The first phase, which is already under construction, will offer 191 market-rate apartments, 150 senior independent living units, and a 110-bed assisted living community. Completion for that phase is slated for 2024.
The venture will feature homes, eateries, and more.
Yet, this past November, developers purchased more land for Lotis Wellington II, the second phase. That venture, resting on a 59-acre lot, will offer 136 apartments and 102 single-family homes. It will also feature a 36-hole mini golf course (called “PopStroke”), which was designed by golf great Tiger Woods.
The second phase will also come with 448 parking spots and more than 10,000 square feet of restaurants, according to the South Florida Business Journal. Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant has already signed on as one of the tenants. Although Lotis Wellington I has more square footage than Lotis Wellington II, the layout plans are very similar.
The first phase could reach completion in 2024.
Lotis Wellington 2 LLC purchased the second phase’s build site for more than $10 million. Involved entities on Lotis Wellington I and II include Insite Design Studio and LV Wellington.
