Miami-based developer Related Group, in partnership with Rybovich, has completed Icon Marina Village, a pair of 24-story high-rise residential buildings at 4444 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. Designed by the renowned Arquitectonica, the development comprises two 24-story highrise rental towers offering 399 homes with interiors from V Starr, founded by tennis superstar Venus Williams. Balfour Beatty served as the general contractor for the building, which marks the completion of the first phase of the 20-acre Marina Village master-planned development.
The timing of Icon Marina Village’s completion coincides with a surge in demand for housing in West Palm Beach, driven by ongoing migration from states such as California and New York. As one of the city’s most prolific developers, Related Group currently has over 2,000 units under construction.
“We’ve been big fans of West Palm Beach for many years. Now, our team is committed to extending its current growth period by delivering housing options tailored for its rapidly growing resident base, while helping market-defining mixed-use projects, like Marina Village, reach their full potential.” said Jon Paul Perez, President of Related Group. “We look forward to continuing to work with our partners and the City on many future projects.”
Icon Marina Village caters to the “renters by choice” demographic, offering the convenience of rentals with bespoke service and attention to detail typically associated with high-end condominiums. The development features diverse floor plans, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. Each apartment home boasts premium touches such as floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and oversized balconies. The residences are equipped with stainless steel appliances, porcelain waterfall countertops, full-height porcelain backsplashes, Italian cabinetry, and a secure, high-speed managed Wi-Fi system, among other impressive features.
Icon Marina Village’s 22 penthouses provide an even more extravagant experience, with exclusive residences spanning over 3,000 square feet. Select penthouse units feature private rooftop pools, fourteen-foot ceilings, transom windows, radiused wall details, built-out closets, and upgraded window treatments.
Icon Marina Village is situated along the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway. It offers an array of waterfront living amenities, including a stunning oceanside pool and private cabanas, a 24/7 state-of-the-art fitness studio, a world-class spa and wellness center, a residents-only club room, and a private theater. In addition, residents have exclusive access to the members-only Marina Beach Club, the Cove Club, which offers a tropical oasis complete with an infinity edge pool, outdoor bar, daybeds, and on-the-sand cabanas. The Cove Club is situated directly on the water, providing ample opportunities to relax and entertain guests amidst a serene and idyllic setting.
Icon Marina Village is a part of the expansive Marina Village master-planned development, which spans over 13 acres and includes the Rybovich and Safe Harbor properties to the south. The development is slated to feature more than 1,000 residential units, over 100,000 square feet of retail and office space, and three waterfront restaurants. The property currently boasts more than 250 boat slips and provides members access to fuel and power.
Rent at Icon Marina Village starts at $2,900 for a studio and extends to over $10,000 for a premium 3,000-square-foot penthouse.

Completed? I don’t believe you there’s no pictures (lol).
Why don’t you publicize/advertise that the surrounding neighborhood/community is high crime drug infested/prostitute infested/gang infested, etc. with no schools, restaurants, parks, pharmacies, grocery store/supermarkets, etc. It’s a dangerous area and you’re falsely promoting a high priced condominium without disclosing the truth. Pure greed!
It’s too bad if you go for a walk at night in that Neighborhood there’s a good chance you don’t make it back alive!
check out these renders of this newly completed project! This post is a complete waste of space, how much did Related pay for it? Oscar is typically great with photos, this is just lazy.
For those here that are commenting on the surrounding area being unsafe and crime infested. I’ve lived just south of here just off of Flagler Drive for over 26 years and yes, towards Broadway , it’s a bit dicey but times are changin’. This whole area is going to be a boomtown with NORA, Northwood Village , which will have a grocery store, downtown is nearby and lots of new developments and building . For city folks, coming from big urban cities, they are used to some city life!
Unless you live here you should not judge so harshly. We live in Northwood on the water and We walk every morning and are never afraid. In this day and age you have to be aware if your surroundings no matter where you are.
As far as shopping, there is a Publix
just across the bridge and several
restaurants just down the road. There is a dog park and a public fishing dock.
It may not be Palm Beach but it is not
nearly what a few of you have made it out to be. It is affordable for us and we have a beautiful water view.
The Times they are a changing. It was not hard for me to choose this neighborhood to live in when I took the drive up North Flagler along the beautiful intercoastal waterway. I grew up in Miami Beach, tand it wasn’t that long ago that nobody wanted to move there, nobody wanted to go there, and they also referred to it as being “high crime and unsafe”. The bust of the 80s gave way to the boom of the 90s, where Miami and South Beach underwent a complete renaissance.
Fast forward to the present, Miami, Dade, Broward and Delray are pretty much maxing out. Developers have found the next big thing here, in West Palm Beach. We have the waterfront and we are close to everything, including our own built-in culture and infrastructure that will only keep on getting better as more affluent and cultured people move here. Haters gonna hate, but I’ll just shake it off and watchproperty values go up for myself and my clients.
