CFH Group Plans Two Multi-Family Complexes in Princeton, FL

CFH Group, under the TMC Naranja 66 Holdings LLC, hopes to move forward with the Pointe at Princeton, a multi-family housing development in Miami-Dade County. The South Florida venture would rest on 12.3 acres and comprise over 500 apartments in a three-story building.

Apartments.com reports that the at-market homes would range from 615 square feet to 1,092 square feet, offering one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans. In 2019, the South Florida Business Journal reported that the community requires more than 317,000 square feet of new construction, with community amenities including a clubhouse and swimming pool.

The complex will replace citrus groves.

Sources report that the Pointe at Princeton could finish construction in 2024. Renderings from Google Earth show two things: first, aerial views do not show construction having started, and second, the building site previously was home to citrus groves.

The Pointe at Princeton isn’t the only housing complex taking shape in right now. Right next door, the developer also hopes to get zoning approval for Westland at Princeton, a similar venture offering 630 apartments and close to 6,700 square feet of retail.

The Pointe at Princeton’s address is 14250 SW 256th St., Homestead, Florida, 33032, in Miami-Dade County. It’s west of the Ronald Reagan Turnpike.

  1. The properties are not located in Homestead. They are in the unincorporated CDPs of Princeton and Naranja. They are part of the County’s urban center strategy, which provides for pedestrian- and transit-oriented development around rapid transit stations and corridors.
