Cadenza at Hacienda Lakes Planned for 2024 Completion in Naples, FL

Cadenza at Hacienda Lakes is an affordable housing complex set for Naples, Florida. The venture, estimated to cost $28.5 million to complete, will offer 160 residential units. They will include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.

Per Key, homes are reserved for those making 28 percent to 60 percent of the area median income. The source notes that 16 units will be for those making 28 percent of the AMI, while eight will be reserved for special needs households.

The venture broke ground in 2022.

These populations include seniors, veterans, homeless individuals, and people with disabilities. The South Florida Water Management District notes that the complex will rest on a 6.83-acre plot. Cadenza at Hacienda Lakes will be adjacent to Allegro at Hacienda Lakes, another affordable housing development offering 160 units.

According to Seniors Housing Business, the two communities will share a clubhouse and various other amenities, including a swimming pool, putting green, social gathering spaces, and movie room.

The complex is planned for Naples, FL.

Combined, both Cadenza at Hacienda Lakes and Allegro at Hacienda Lakes will bring 320 units to Collier County. FK Architecture designed the mid-rise housing complex, along with Allegro at Hacienda Lakes and The Harmony on Santa Barbara, which we reported on yesterday.

Construction on Cadenza at Hacienda Lakes started in early 2022, with completion slated for 2024. The venture is located on the south side of Rattlesnake Hammock Road in Naples, Florida, 34114, in Collier County.

Mu name is Patricia Persico. Are you still accepting applications for Cadenza and Allegro senior affordable? My number is 239-293-1590.

  20. Signed up for these apartments. They advertise low-income apartments 30-60% of rent. They only gave 60% percent and then charge additional things, like a monthly fee for the washer and dryer in your apartment. After a year and a half wait, this is not all it pretends to be.
