Florida YIMBY has learned of an exciting housing development seeking revisions to its initial proposal. Meet the Concierge. Previously, per the Real Deal, the nine-story complex was to offer 88 units designed for seniors and those requiring memory care services.
The new proposal hopes to get approval for a similar project with one major difference: the community would be aimed at families, not seniors. New plans for the Concierge would require just over 124,000 square feet of new construction (just like the old plan) and offer 42 multifamily units.
The South Florida Business Journal notes that homes would include two- and three-bedroom layout plans and six townhomes. Because the developer’s new plans call for fewer units, the homes would be much larger than initially planned.
Residential amenities include 74 parking spots, a rooftop swimming pool, a residents’ lounge, and other activities. It will not include the dining room and physical therapy area, which was proposed in the initial plan.
If the new plans for the Concierge are approved, it would rest on a building site measuring 0.61 acres. 22-26 Southwest Sixth Street LLC is the developer, and RLC Architects is the designer. If approved, the Concierge’s address would be 22 SE Sixth St., Boca Raton, Florida, 33432, in Palm Beach County.

Your Google Map is way off. That is not the right address.
Did you really think they were going to build a big multi family building like that smack in the middle of a single family residential neighborhood?
