Tesla Proposes Venture at 9950 N.W. 25th St., Miami, FL, 33172

Tesla hopes to get approval for its third service and sales center in Miami-Dade County. The multi-million-dollar venture would require redeveloping an already-existing 78,026-square-foot warehouse that was built in 1984.

Plans also call for 150 parking spots—two-thirds of which would be located outside of the building. EV 9900 LLC purchased the 5.3-acre build site for $19.75 million in late 2021. At the time of purchase, the property was unoccupied.

The venture would require redeveloping an already-existing structure.

According to Tesla’s proposal, the old building would be converted into a service center, showroom, and office space. Per the South Florida Business Journal, this would mean the center would be open for transferring new cars to owners, accepting end-of-lease cars, and offering basic services, such as tire replacement and software updates.

Stantec designed the venture. It shared conceptual renderings with various online sources, illustrating a mid-rise glass building. Tesla North reports that the proposal will go before Miami-Dade city officials on August 23, 2023.

It would be north of the Dolphin Expressway.

If approved, the venture would supplement the already-existing Tesla service centers in Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Delray Beach. The venture could be located at 9950 N.W. 25th St., Miami, FL, 33172, in Miami-Dade County. The development would be north of the Dolphin Expressway.
