Despite various complications, Fifteen Allapattah is still undergoing construction in Miami, FL. Construction broke ground on the mid-rise project in 2021, with Proton Builders LLC operating as the general contractor.
Yet, after a lawsuit alleging that the organization did not build the apartment in a timely manner, Ortega Construction Company is now handling matters. Proton Builders LLC filed for a certificate of voluntary dissolution in April 2023.
Fifteen Allapattah will measure eight stories above grade and comprise 132 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom floorplans. Information from Apartments.com suggest that homes span from 609 square feet to 1,154 square feet, with rent ranging from $2,418 to $4,591 a month.
It notes that homes will be available starting December 8, 2023. The homes themselves will come with quartz countertops, integrated smart home technology, and tile flooring. Communal amenities include a dog park, spa, co-working space, and yoga studio––just to name a few.
Premium 15th Avenue LLC (a subsidiary of Premium Group) is the developer. The project was made possible after the European-based organization secured a $22.4 million construction loan from Man Group Private Markets. Fifteen Allapattah isn’t the only project Premium Group has in its South Florida pipeline; it broke ground on a six-story apartment complex in Pompano Beach in 2022.
Fifteen Allapattah’s address is 1420 N.W. 15th Avenue, Miami, Florida, 33125, in Miami-Dade County.
