RISE Bartram Park, a multi-family housing development in Duval County, is nearing the end of construction. Per the Jacksonville Business Journal, 49 of the 297 units have been delivered.
Construction is expected to wrap up on the venture in March 2024. Upon completion, the project will comprise seven buildings, three of which are four-story apartment buildings.
RISE Bartram Park measures 281,000 square feet and is expected to cost $60 million to complete. The venture’s website reports that floorplans range from studios to three-bedroom homes, measuring 608 to 1,459 square feet.
Units come with granite countertops, in-unit washer/dryers, and balconies/patios. According to RISE, communal amenities feature a 24-hour fitness center, yoga studio, pet park, and other offerings.
At the time of publication, Apartments.com reports that rent started at $1,506 a month. Construction started on RISE Bartram Park in January 2022. Sources suggest that initially, the project was called “Linden House.”
Charlan Brock Architects designed the community. ETM is the civil engineer. Origin Investments and RISE: A Real Estate Company have partnered together as the two developers. RISE Bartram Park will mark the seventh development in Florida under the RISE banner. It’s located at 14900 Inspire Way, Jacksonville, FL, 32258, in Duval County.
