Located at 3100 Northeast 1st Avenue, this boutique building is in the heart of Midtown, known as Miami’s most connected and walkable neighborhood. It is strategically positioned between The Design District and Wynwood and directly across from the newly opened Trader Joe’s and The Shops at Midtown, which offer a diverse range of food & beverage options and convenient retail outlets. Civic Construction is the general contractor.
Rosso Development, Standard International, and Midtown Development are developing the project, which collaborates with top industry professionals, featuring architecture by the internationally acclaimed firm Arquitectonica, interior design by Urban Robot in partnership with The Standard’s in-house design team, and landscaping by Naturalficial. The master permit for The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami, was approved by Miami’s Building Department on January 22 and issued to developers on January 25. The total estimated cost for construction is listed as $40,000,000 for 170,079 square feet of space.

The Standard Residences promises world-class design, amenities, and services upon completion. The residences range from studios to two-bedroom layouts, from 432 to 965 square feet. They boast interiors that blend style and functionality, with light wood plank tile flooring, gourmet kitchens with custom Italian cabinetry and Bosch appliances, and oversized bathrooms featuring stone vanities and double-suite rain showers. The property adopts a flexible living approach, allowing owners to lease their units for terms as short as one month.
