PulteGroup has launched sales for Hawthorn Park at Wildlight, a single-family housing development within the larger Wildlight master-planned community.
The complex will offer more than 70 residences, offering nine different floorplans. The one-story and two-story homes span from three bedrooms to five bedrooms. The homes, divided into “Classic” and “Bungalow” designs, measure 1,775 square feet to 3,266 square feet each, starting at around $370,000.
Interior amenities include open-concept floorplans and walk-in closets. Some come with two-car garages. Communal amenities include a dog park, kayak launch, and “Waterbug Park.” It also offers easy access to a trail system and strip mall with a Publix, YMCA, and UF Health facility. Hawthorn Park at Wildlight is also a 15-miniute drive from Jacksonville International Airport.
The Jacksonville Business Journal reports that Hawthorn Park at Wildlight comes at the heels of Forest Park and Del Webb, two other communities within the 2,900-acre Wildlight. At the time of publication, our sources did not indicate when move-in would begin.
Google Earth’s renderings suggest that construction has already started. Hawthorn Park at Wildlight would be located at 292 Hawthorn Park Circle, Wildlight, Florida, 32097, in Nassau County. It would lie east of I-95 and the Four Creeks Wildlife Management Area.
