Texas-based Constellation Real Estate Partners has plans to develop an industrial project named “Constellation Air Commerce Park.” The endeavor would comprise three buildings and span more than 970,000 square feet, located just six miles from Orlando International Airport.
Building 100 and Building 300 will offer front-park/rear-load configurations, according to REBusiness Online. Building 200 will be unique in that it’ll offer cross-dock loading. The structures will measure 232,497, 283,580, and 456,002 square feet, respectively.

Scott Alexander, a partner at Constellation Real Estate Partners, told the Orlando Business Journal that each building could hold anywhere from two to four tenants, although none have been officially secured. Other features of Constellation Air Commerce Park include LEED certification, trailer parking, LED lighting, 36-foot-high clearance, among other features. C4 Architecture and Florida Engineering Group are the designers.
Construction is expected to start later this year, with completion planned for the third quarter of 2025. The developer purchased the project’s 75.1 acres for $33 million back in February. This will be Constellation Real Estate Partners’ first Orlando project. It’s working with financial partner Northwestern Mutual on the development.
Constellation Air Commerce Park will be located at 10195 Boggy Creek Road, Orlando, FL, 32824, in Orange County.
