Work is underway for Viceroy Brickell – The Residences, an upcoming residential tower developed by Related Group and GTIS Partners, and hospitality company Viceroy. Designed by Arquitectónica with interiors by Meyer Davis, the striking 45-story glass structure will comprise 420 residences overlooking the Brickell skyline, the Miami River, and Biscayne Bay.

Located at the gateway of Brickell Avenue and the Miami River, homes include studios, one-, and two-bedroom homes – ranging from 485 square feet to 1,286 square feet. In addition there will be two full levels of marquee penthouses and 56 city flats fronting S.E. 5th Street.
Residences are equipped with tinted floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors, imported travertine porcelain flooring and glass railing-enclosed balconies. Ceiling heights span nine feet in the tower residences, 13 feet in the city flatsn and 10 feet in the top penthouse levels. Meyer Davis Studio-designed kitchens feature Italian cabinetry with front-paneled appliances, imported quartz countertops, full porcelain backsplash, and Bosch and Fisher & Paykel appliances package. All homes have smart keyless entry door system, electric built-in cooktops and speed ovens, and GE and Blomberg washers and dryers. Bathrooms feature frameless glass showers, Brizo gold-finished faucets, and Italian cabinetry.

Residents have 37,000 square feet of amenities includes a 14th-level amenity deck with a heated pool, outdoor spa, poolside cabanas, summer kitchen, pool-side café, bocce court, and landscaped outdoor lounge. A fitness center has a cardio theater, saunas, and custom treatment rooms. There is a private, resident-only marina. Indoor amenities include a multi-sport simulator studio; resident club room with full-service bar, billiards, humidors and multimedia facilities; wine cellar and tasting room; private cinema, and a permanent installation of curated contemporary artwork from the Jorge M. Pérez Collection.

Upon arrival, residents are welcomed to a porte cochere and an all-glass lobby with ample natural light, white terrazzo tile, warm oak wood walls, and tropical murals. The ground-floor F&B eatery space features a bronze mirror-clad bar that offers espresso by day and martinis by night.
There is 24-hour valet, concierge, and security service at Viceroy Brickell – The Residences.
