New York-based developer AMAC has plans for a garden-style housing development in Central Florida. The project, which will cost about $75 million to complete, will feature 380 one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments divided amongst various three- and four-story buildings.
GrowthSpotter notes that in-unit amenities will include stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and customized lighting features. Residents would have access to a suite of luxury amenities, such as a high-end fitness center, dog park, pickleball courts, and swimming pool. There would also be BBQ stations, a game room, and yoga studio. The community itself will feature standalone parking garages and pondside walking trails.
West Carroll Property Owner LLC, an affiliate of AMAC, purchased the 26.5-acre build site for $7.45 million in September 2024. BLDUP notes that sitework is already underway, and AMAC hopes to have finished development by early 2027.
Maitland-based Cormia Design Group is the architect. The firm also designed Aventon Lake Conway, a multi-family housing development that Florida YIMBY covered in summer 2024. The Orlando venture will offer 346 one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments, starting at about 750 square feet. Completion is slated for later this year. Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer.
Our sources do not list an exact address for the 380-unit community, but we do know that it’ll be located next to Kissimmee Elementary School in Osceola County.
