Florida YIMBY has an update regarding Casamar, a 21-story beachfront tower that we first covered in 2022. The development broke ground in May 2023, slated to offer 119 luxury residences. Now, contractors are working on interior and sitework, gearing for a summer 2025 completion.
The three- and four-bedroom homes at Casamar will span 2,982 to 3,934 square feet, featuring private terraces, private elevators, and an array of high-end finishings, including deep soaking tubs. Communal amenities include a fitness center, dog spa, pickleball court, and “sunrise and sunset” swimming pools offering waterfront views. Casamar itself offers easy access to many of Pompano Beach’s attractions, including the Hillsboro Lighthouse and Fishing Village.

Related Group is the developer; Rockwell Group and Arquitectonica designed the 220-foot high-rise. According to Doka: “The structure utilizes state-of-the-art formwork systems, including Doka’s Frami Xlife for the core, Eurex 30 Props for reshoring, and Truss Tables for shoring, ensuring strength, flexibility, and efficiency throughout the construction process.”
Casamar is the sister installment to Solemar, which was completed in November 2023. The former topped off last July. It’ll be located at 900 North Ocean Boulevard, Pompano Beach, FL, 33062, in Broward County.
