The Carlisle Naples Partners With Curana Health to Expand On-Site Medical Services

The Carlisle Naples, a senior rental community in Naples, Florida, has announced a new healthcare partnership with Curana Health, the nation’s largest provider of senior living primary care services. The collaboration builds on The Carlisle’s commitment to enhancing wellness and care services for its residents.

Owned and operated by Senior Resource Group (SRG), LLC, The Carlisle Naples is CARF-accredited for its dedication to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The addition of Curana Health to its on-site care team reflects ongoing efforts to deliver a full spectrum of medical and rehabilitative services within a familiar and supportive environment.

Curana Health will join EmpowerMe Wellness, the community’s existing rehabilitation provider, to offer integrated care that includes primary care, secondary medical support, and a range of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.

Curana Health offers a flexible model of care tailored to residents’ individual needs. Those who choose to designate Curana Health as their primary care provider will gain access to preventive care, chronic condition management, and care planning. Others may continue with their existing physicians while using Curana as a secondary resource for urgent medical concerns, including cold or flu symptoms, minor injuries, or falls.

Residents who opt into Curana Health’s services can expect preventive and routine primary care, same-day or next-day sick visits, chronic condition management, medication coordination, specialist referrals, and support in defining and achieving long-term health goals.

The new partnership reinforces The Carlisle Naples’ ongoing investment in health-focused amenities and services that promote independence, comfort, and healthy aging.
