Alta Development hopes to get approval for a high-rise luxury condo on the Miami River.
Vista Harbor Residences & Yacht Club would measure 12 stories above grade and comprise 234 residences, with most homes spanning under 720 square feet. While sales are expected to officially launch within 30 days, sources note that the smallest units (studios) would be priced in the low $600,000s; the developer hopes to keep the condos under $1 million.

Amenities at Vista Harbor Residences & Yacht Club are set to include a 550-foot-long boardwalk, a resort-style swimming pool, pickleball courts, and an undisclosed number of boating slips. A major facet of the Vista Harbor Residences & Yacht Club is its on-site riverfront restaurant and club.
Miami-based Alta Development has the project’s 2.1-acre build site under contract from its current owners; the firm has partnered with Form Group on the condo’s design. Alta Development is also behind River District 14, a project Florida YIMBY covered in September 2024. The short-term rental condominium is slated to comprise two 16-story towers and comprise 283 fully furnished units, along with various high-end amenities.
