CC Homes has secured a construction loan for a luxury single-family development in Davie. The developer’s in-house general contractor has notified the county of the ongoing sitework.
The Estates by Turnberry is slated to comprise 151 homes. They will measure one and two stories above grade, spanning four- to seven-bedroom floorplans. The venture’s website reports that they will measure about 3,460 to 5,480 square feet, with the lots themselves measuring 20,000 to 25,000 square feet. They’re priced from $1.66 million to over $2.1 million – although this could change based on market demand.

Communal amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool/clubhouse, jogging trails, and lake. Other offerings include a fitness center and more than 60 acres of dedicated green space, reflecting Davie’s equestrian heritage. CC Homes purchased the Estates by Turnberry’s 151-acre build site for $50 million earlier this September. The seller was an affiliate of Turnberry Associates.
From the South Florida Business Journal: “There are few large tracts of land remaining in Broward County for single-family homes, so many of the new communities tend to be luxury housing to capitalize on the lack of supply in the market.”
The Estates by Turnberry will be located at the northeast corner of Interstate 75 and the Royal Palm Boulevard exit in Davie, Florida.
