MICL and Admire Capital have announced The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Fort Lauderdale Beach, a 13-story dual-tower waterfront residential development planned for 551 Bayshore Drive in Fort Lauderdale. Designed by Garcia Stromberg with interiors by Dan Fink Studio, the boutique project will comprise 83 private residences positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Plans call for a limited collection of two- and three-bedroom homes with dens, ranging from approximately 1,550 to 3,480 square feet, and six penthouses with ceiling heights up to 11 feet. The massing of the two 13-story structures responds to the waterfront setting, with layouts oriented to maximize natural light, cross-breezes, and views of both the Intracoastal and the Atlantic Ocean.

Interior specifications include wide-plank white oak flooring, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, and expansive private terraces. Kitchens are planned with Shaker-style cabinetry and integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Residences will also feature European-style solid-core doors, walk-in closets within primary suites, freestanding soaking tubs, Waterworks fixtures, custom built-ins, and full-size vented washers and dryers. Select units will offer private elevator lobbies with separate service elevators. Certain penthouse layouts are designed with private rooftop terraces and plunge pools.

Outdoor amenities are planned between the two towers, where landscaped gardens will frame a lap pool and a separate leisure pool. The amenity program will also include private cabanas, an outdoor bar pavilion, and a limited number of dock slips along the Intracoastal. Indoor amenities will feature a resident lounge with a catering kitchen, screening room, multi-sport simulator, conference room, and a dedicated children’s playroom.

Ownership will include access to The Ritz-Carlton’s on-site services, with a dedicated team providing 24-hour valet, concierge, and lifestyle coordination. Residents will also receive membership in ONVIA, Marriott’s owner recognition platform, which offers global travel status benefits and access to curated experiences and partnerships.
The project introduces a new branded residential development to Fort Lauderdale’s waterfront corridor, adding a dual-tower configuration along Bayshore Drive. Sales and marketing are being handled exclusively by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, with residences starting from $2.5 million.
