Four West Developers have announced SQUARE Hallandale, an eight-story, approximately 360,000-square-foot Class A office and retail condominium planned for 400 W Hallandale Beach Boulevard in Hallandale Beach. The $85 million project is being co-developed by Alejandro Chaberman in partnership with Asher Abadi, Arie Abadi, and Jonathan Eisenband, who formed the firm to deliver the project.
Preconstruction sales have begun for the commercial condominium, which will offer fully finished office suites ranging from 248 to 1,766 square feet. Pricing for office units begins at $199,000. Interiors are designed by Adriana Hoyos, with flexible layouts and premium finishes. Optional furnishing packages will be available for buyers seeking turnkey occupancy.

Approximately 18,000 square feet of amenities are planned, centered on a sixth-floor terrace and indoor recovery space. Outdoor features include pickleball and padel courts overlooking the surrounding area, as well as a social lounge. The building will also incorporate a wellness area with a cold plunge pool, sauna, indoor fitness studio, and recovery facilities with bathrooms and showers.
The ground floor is designed to include a civic plaza with landscaped seating and eight retail units ranging from 1,515 to 2,393 square feet. The site fronts Hallandale Beach Boulevard with access to Interstate 95 and US-1, and is located within proximity to Brightline stations, major international airports, and regional seaports.
Sales and marketing are being led exclusively by Fortune Development Sales.

Ownership will be structured as a commercial condominium, allowing buyers to occupy, lease, or resell their units while retaining full title rights.
