Construction has started on a senior living facility west of Delray Beach. All Seasons Delray is set to comprise 153 units: 92 independent living units and 61 assisted living units.
Layout plans will be a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences. The garden-style community will feature a host of on-site amenities; indoor offerings will include a library, game room, and fitness center, while outdoor offerings will include a resort-style swimming pool, courtyard, and walking trails. There will also be a small on-site medical center.

Michigan-based Beztak is the developer. Its affiliate, All Seasons Delray LLC, secured a $75 million construction loan to help finance the project. The firm acquired the build site for $6.3 million in 2022; it filed plans to develop the site in 2021.
ANF is the construction manager. It intends to complete the senior living facility in the first quarter of 2028, meaning that construction would take about two years. Last year, the firm finished construction on Wellspring Apartments, an affordable housing development for seniors in Opa-Locka. The venture features 99 units.
All Seasons Delray is unfolding on the 7.65-acre site at 15650 Lyons Road, Delray Beach, Florida, 33446, in Palm Beach County.
