Final construction touches are underway at Elan Crown Point, a 315-unit rental community located at 2285 Crown Village Road in Ocoee, Florida. The development is being delivered by Greystar Real Estate Partners in partnership with Wire Development and designed by FK Architecture. Groundbreaking took place in July 2024, and leasing activity is already underway with current availability listed on the property’s website.
The project comprises multiple residential structures across the site, including several four-story apartment buildings and separate two-story townhome-style buildings. Vertical construction is complete throughout the development, and exterior façades appear substantially finished.

The buildings feature a combination of muted green, grey, white, and brown tones, with cladding applied in both vertical panel sections and horizontal lap siding. Dark-framed windows and metal balcony railings provide contrast, while recessed balconies and articulated volumes add depth to the elevations. Roofing systems appear installed, with crews completing final trim and gutter work.

Remaining construction activity is concentrated on exterior site improvements. Pavement installation, curbing, sidewalk connections, grading, and landscaping are progressing across the property. Portions of the perimeter remain secured as crews finalize hardscape elements and planting.

Elan Crown Point directly fronts the West Orange Trail, which runs through the Crown Point area. Landscape design, including integration with the trail corridor and outdoor amenity areas, was led by landscape architect Todd McCurdy working alongside the broader design team. Civil engineering and site infrastructure were handled by Harris Civil Engineers.

The interiors of the residences, clubhouse, and wellness studio were designed by Beasley & Henley Interior Design. The firm implemented a modern organic aesthetic incorporating light wood tones and coastal-inspired detailing intended to complement the Florida setting. Residences are offered in one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, including traditional apartments, townhome configurations, and live-work floorplans. Based on current leasing information, units measure up to approximately 1,423 square feet. Interiors feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and contemporary finishes, with select units offering two-level layouts and attached garages.

Current rental rates range from approximately $1,600 per month for one-bedroom residences to over $3,000 per month for three-bedroom units, according to publicly available information.
