Northlink Capital has broken ground on 7200 Collins, a 12-story residential development at 7111 Harding Avenue in Miami Beach’s North Beach neighborhood. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International, with interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, Ortega Construction Company serving as general contractor, and sales and marketing led by OneWorld Properties, the project is planned to deliver 222 fully furnished residences.
The groundbreaking ceremony took place on Wednesday, March 11, marking the official start of construction. The event featured remarks from Northlink Capital president Robert Rosenthal and OneWorld Properties CEO Peggy Olin, and concluded with a ceremonial first dig at the site.

“7200 Collins reflects how much North Beach’s luxury residential scene has grown,” said Robert Rosenthal, President of Northlink Capital. “As the neighborhood continues to transform from a hidden gem into a residential hot spot, 7200 Collins will rise with it. We are excited to kick off construction and are confident that 7200 Collins will cement North Beach’s reputation as the pinnacle of coastal living.”
“The response we’ve seen in North Beach speaks volumes about where the neighborhood’s appeal is and where it is headed,” said Peggy Olin, CEO of OneWorld Properties. “Buyers understand that 7200 Collins offers long-term value and something truly special: well-designed residences, state-of-the-art amenities and a prime beachside location with a thriving restaurant and cultural scene.”

The development will contain 222 fully furnished residences ranging from junior one-bedroom layouts to two-bedroom units with dens. Each home is planned with porcelain flooring throughout, private terraces connected by sliding glass doors, and spacious closets. Kitchens will feature Italian-inspired custom cabinetry by Italkraft, slab countertops with matching backsplashes, Grohe black sink faucets, stainless steel undermount sinks, and Bosch appliances. Bathrooms are planned with porcelain-tiled showers and glass enclosures, Grohe brass-finished showerheads, Grohe sink fittings with vanity basins, and Grohe dual-flush toilets. Select units will also include bathtubs with brass fixtures.
