High-Rise ‘Singer Island Gateway’ Proposed for 2525 Lake Drive, West Palm Beach, Florida

Continuum Company has proposed a 25-story tower that would offer residences, retail, and civic space in Palm Beach County.

Measuring about 350 feet at its highest point, Singer Island Gateway would offer 298 homes, spanning from one-bedroom to four-bedroom layout plans; residents would have access to more than 16,000 square feet of interior amenities, along with a swimming pool, padel court, and pickleball court.

In addition to the residences, plans for Singer Island Gateway call for 2,894 square feet of retail space and an additional 9,247 square feet of restaurant space. Another key element of the project is the 25,000 square feet of civic space. In total, Continuum Company’s mixed-use project would require more than 700,000 square feet of new construction.

Arquitectonica is the architect. Floridian Development that while Singer Island Gateway measures 25 stories, it really leans closer to 29 stories when accounting for the mechanical lifts.

Continuum Company is in the process of securing the three acres of land allotted for the high-rise project. It currently owns six of the seven parcels; it intends to close on the final parcels within the near future.

Singer Island Gateway would span 2401, 2405, 2425, 2429, and 2525 Lake Drive, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33404, in Palm Beach County.
