Construction has topped out on Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach, a 28-story oceanfront condominium tower at 1350 South Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach. Developed by Related Group and Merrimac Ventures in collaboration with Hilton, the project is designed by Nichols Architects in collaboration with KORA, with interiors by BAMO, landscape architecture by Enea Landscape, and construction by Coastal Construction. The building sits on a two-acre beachfront site and will yield 92 condominium residences, with more than 85 percent of homes under contract. Completion is expected in summer 2027.

The development marks Waldorf Astoria’s first standalone residential tower. Residences will span approximately 2,100 to 6,100 square feet and will be offered in two- to five-bedroom layouts. Units are designed with private elevator entries and dedicated foyers, leading into living spaces with floor-to-ceiling glass and expansive terraces overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.

“It’s an honor to be working so closely with the Waldorf Astoria team as we jointly pioneer a new format for the iconic brand,” said Nick Pérez, President of the Related Group’s Condominium Division. “It’s one thing to announce a project and present a vision. It’s quite another to see the structure reach its full height and grandeur. It’s been a true team effort and we look forward to welcoming our owners home next summer.”

The upper levels will house a boutique Penthouse Collection priced from $16 million to $20 million. These residences will feature wraparound terraces, private elevator access, and up to 70 linear feet of direct ocean frontage. The two uppermost penthouses will include rooftop terraces ranging from 3,200 to 3,500 square feet, designed with air-conditioned entertainment areas, summer kitchens, and private pools.
