Construction is underway on Pagani Residences, a 30-story waterfront condominium tower at 7940 West Drive in North Bay Village. Designed by A++ and developed by Riviera Horizons in collaboration with Horacio Pagani and Pagani Arte, the boutique residential project will yield 70 all-corner residences overlooking Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. The development will also include expansive private terraces, a rooftop pool with 360-degree views, a 29th-floor wellness level, a private marina, a 240-foot waterfront boardwalk, yacht club and beach club access, and an automotive concierge program powered by Prestige Imports.
The development team held a groundbreaking ceremony on May 15 to mark the start of construction. On display during the ceremony were three Pagani Hypercars, the Huayra BC, Huayra Coupé, and Utopia Coupé, reflecting the automotive design language that informs the residential project.

The property fronts Biscayne Bay and is located within a growing cluster of planned and under-construction residential developments reshaping the city’s waterfront corridor.
Project stakeholders in attendance included Mikael Hamaoui, founder and CEO of Riviera Horizons; Horacio Pagani; Edgardo Defortuna, president and CEO of Fortune International Group; Brenda Basso, chief executive officer of Pagani Arte; Nicola Volpi, chairman of Pagani Automobili; Christopher Pagani, marketing director of Pagani Automobili; Brett David, CEO of Prestige Imports and Pagani of Miami; and North Bay Village Mayor Rachel Streitfeld.

The residences are planned as all-corner homes designed to maximize natural light, privacy, and views across Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Expansive terraces will extend the living spaces outdoors and reinforce the project’s connection to its waterfront setting.

Pagani Residences marks Horacio Pagani’s first residential project worldwide. The design incorporates materials and finishes associated with Pagani Hypercars, including carbon fiber, hand-finished metalwork, and supple leathers, reinterpreted for residential interiors. Pagani Arte has also created a bespoke furniture collection for the residences.

Amenities will include a rooftop pool with panoramic 360-degree views and a wellness level on the 29th floor inspired by the Italian Dolomites. The waterfront program will also include a private marina and a 240-foot boardwalk, with residents receiving access to a yacht club and beach club.
Additional services will include Auto Privata, a partnership powered by Prestige Imports. The automotive concierge program is planned to provide vehicle storage, maintenance, and transportation services for collectors and enthusiasts.
Units at Pagani Residences start at $3.9 million.
