Domus Brickell Park marks the first completed property in North Development’s Domus portfolio. Located at 1611 SW 2nd Avenue in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, the 12-story development was designed by Zyscovich Architects with interiors by Urban Robot Associates and yields 171 residences. The project combines flexible ownership, hotel-style services, and a short-term rental program operated by North Management.
Residences range from studios to two-bedroom layouts spanning approximately 330 to 975 square feet. Units are delivered fully furnished with hard flooring throughout, ceilings exceeding 9 feet in height, private balconies, keyless entry smart lock systems, quartz countertops, kitchenettes with integrated appliances, oversized televisions with premium sound systems, and in-unit washers and dryers.

“Domus Brickell Park was designed with the ownership and guest experience at the center of every decision,” said Ricardo Dunin, Founding Partner and Director of North Development. “For us, that means looking beyond the visible design and amenities to the systems that make the building work effortlessly day to day. The goal is to create a property that feels intuitive, efficient and easy to operate for owners, guests and management alike.”

Delivering a hospitality-driven residential experience requires more than exceptional architecture and amenities. It requires enterprise-grade digital infrastructure. North Development evaluated the building’s operational requirements, including guest connectivity, smart building systems, security, and property management, and selected APEX by Natural Wireless to provide building-wide Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the property because of its fully managed, dual-diverse network architecture designed to maximize uptime and operational resiliency.

The managed network extends across residences, amenity spaces, elevators, common areas, and operational environments, while supporting smart televisions, smart locks, security systems, property management platforms, and the Domus App, which provides residents and guests with access to building services through a centralized digital platform.
Unlike many conventional building Internet deployments that rely on a single network path, Natural Wireless provides two physically diverse network connections with automatic failover, providing a higher level of resiliency, business continuity, operational uptime, and greater tenant and guest satisfaction.
For hospitality-focused properties operating around the clock, connectivity is essential to guest satisfaction, smart building technology, security systems, access controls, and daily operations. Natural Wireless’s dual-diverse architecture is designed to help maintain uninterrupted service during severe weather events, fiber cuts, and other network disruptions.
“Connectivity has become one of the core building utilities alongside electricity and water,” said Dror Shuchman, President of Natural Wireless. “At Domus Brickell Park, every digital experience – from tenants and guests Wi-Fi and streaming to smart locks, security systems, and building operations – depends on a resilient network. Our goal is to make connectivity completely invisible by ensuring it simply works, every minute of every day.”

As hospitality and residential experiences continue to converge, digital infrastructure has become a defining component of modern developments. Domus Brickell Park demonstrates how resilient, building-wide managed Wi-Fi is no longer simply an amenity. It is essential infrastructure that supports resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and long-term property value.
Amenities include a rooftop pool deck, fitness center, steam room, garden lounge, co-working spaces, and a 4,200-square-foot lobby anchored by Ludlow Coffee Supply, complementing the property’s hospitality-oriented residential program.
