Foundation work has been completed for Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences, an eight-story mixed-use development at 2600 NW 2nd Avenue in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. The project is being developed by PMG and LNDMRK Development, designed by Cube 3, and built by John Moriarty & Associates, with interiors by Cotofana Designs. Completion is anticipated in the second quarter of 2028.
The month-long foundation operation began on June 1 and concluded during the final week of June. The majority of the concrete placement occurred on June 8 before crews completed the remaining pours over the following weeks. A tower crane was erected the following week, allowing construction to transition into the next phase as the reinforced concrete superstructure prepares to rise above street level.

Recent construction photos show work advancing into the early stages of vertical construction. Reinforced concrete columns and shear walls are now rising above grade across portions of the site as crews assemble formwork, decking, and shoring for the first elevated floor slab. The reinforced concrete superstructure is expected to become increasingly visible over the coming months.

The development will yield 233 fully finished and furnished residences consisting of studio and one-bedroom layouts, with select units featuring dens and dedicated office suites. The project is planned with a live-work concept that will allow qualifying owners to host both their residences and office suites year-round through Airbnb, subject to applicable terms and regulations.
Approximately 26,000 square feet of retail space will occupy the ground floor with roughly 475 linear feet of frontage along NW 2nd Avenue. Residents will also have access to more than 32,000 square feet of amenities focused on wellness and recreation.
