New interior renderings have been revealed for Hyatt Centric® Harborside, the 174-key hotel component of 1000 Boulevard of the Arts, a 20-story mixed-use waterfront tower currently under construction at the corner of Boulevard of the Arts and Quay Commons in downtown Sarasota. Developed by Kolter Urban and designed by 10 Design, the building will contain both Hyatt Centric Harborside and 117 luxury condominium residences overlooking Sarasota Bay. Structurally designed as a single tower with separate hotel and residential components, the development will replace the former Hyatt Regency Sarasota property and is anticipated to be completed in the second half of 2028.
The below renderings depict a variety of interior spaces throughout the hotel, including the arrival lobby, reception lounge, elevator corridor, bar and lounge, restaurant, ballroom, pre-function space, fitness center, fitness lounge, game room, and guest accommodations. The interiors feature curved architectural forms, terrazzo and wood flooring, tropical landscaping elements, warm wood accents, intricate fixtures and decorative lighting, and a palette of natural materials reflective of Sarasota’s waterfront setting.

Hyatt Centric® Harborside will feature 174 guest rooms located on levels 6 through 14 of the tower. The hotel will also include more than 7,000 square feet of flexible event space, including a ballroom, along with a ground-floor restaurant offering indoor and outdoor seating, a resort-style swimming pool, and a pool bar. Kolter Hospitality, a division of The Kolter Group, will manage the hotel upon completion.
The residential component will contain 117 condominium residences ranging from one- to three-bedroom plus den layouts, with floor plans spanning approximately 1,200 to more than 3,000 square feet. Residential amenities will include a 24-hour staffed lobby, valet and self-parking options, and a collection of private amenity spaces. Residences are currently available from $1.5 million.

Kolter Urban also plans to develop a separate residential tower along Boulevard of the Arts, adjacent to the 20-story mixed-use building. The future tower is planned for the former site of the Hyatt Regency Sarasota.
