Construction is progressing on 10 and 15 CityPlace, two office towers rising within the CityPlace district in Downtown West Palm Beach. Developed by Related Ross, the pair of buildings will introduce nearly one million square feet of office space upon completion. The 470,000-square-foot 10 CityPlace is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, while the adjacent 25-story, 490,000-square-foot 15 CityPlace is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Fogarty Finger.
Recent ground-level photos show steady progress across the development as crews continue advancing the reinforced concrete superstructures of both towers. Four tower cranes span the site, supporting active formwork, shoring, and concrete operations as work continues on the uppermost levels. Based on current field conditions, 10 CityPlace has risen to approximately six stories, while 15 CityPlace stands roughly seven stories above grade and appears slightly ahead in vertical construction.

Although the towers are still in the early stages of vertical construction, their architectural identities are already beginning to take shape. The curvilinear floor plates, rounded corners, and sculpted massing of both buildings become increasingly apparent with each successive level, setting them apart from the more rectangular office buildings that dominate Downtown West Palm Beach. The flowing slab edges of 15 CityPlace are particularly noticeable from street level, while 10 CityPlace is gradually revealing a similarly softened profile as its superstructure rises and should recede a few times above ground level.

The multi-level parking structure, located immediately east of 15 CityPlace and fronting the Brightline rail corridor, has also made significant progress. It seems to be nearing its final height or may have even reached it already.

Upon completion, 10 CityPlace will feature a second-floor amenity level with indoor and outdoor collaboration spaces, private terraces, and direct access to the restaurants, retail, and public spaces throughout CityPlace. ServiceNow will anchor the tower, establishing a West Palm Beach Innovation Hub and AI Institute within the building.
15 CityPlace will feature nearly 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, a rooftop sky garden and amenity level, private terraces across its upper five floors, and expansive views toward the Intracoastal Waterway and Palm Beach Island. Cleveland Clinic will occupy the tower with an outpatient medical facility offering chemotherapy, imaging, outpatient surgery, and concierge medicine connected to its nearby 150-bed hospital campus. Related Ross will also expand its corporate headquarters within the building, while additional announced tenants include BDO, Shutts & Bowen, Inclenberg Investments, and a financial services firm.
Both office towers are scheduled for completion in 2027.
