Construction is underway on a residential community in Central Florida.
Gateway Osceola will measure four stories above grade and host of total of 252 residences, spanning one-bedroom to three-bedroom models. In-unit features will include quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and soft-close cabinets to minimize noise.
Communal amenities will include but aren’t limited to a clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, and fitness center in its own freestanding building. Residents will also enjoy the walking trails encircling the community’s lake. Our sources indicate that Gateway Osceola will cost more than $60 million to complete.

Muirfield Development is the developer. BBL Building Co. is the general contractor; the firm intends to have Gateway Osceola completed by summer 2028, meaning construction is anticipated to take just under two years. The architectural team includes CarrArchitecture & Land Planning, GKVArchitects, and Daniel Rogers of Maitland-based Landscape Architecture.
Gateway Osceola is just one project unfolding in the Orlando area. In August 2026, Florida YIMBY reported on The Gateway, a 417,000-square-foot project slated to host 270 apartments. JBL Development is leading that project and intends to have it completed within 16 months.
Gateway Osceola is unfolding on a 12-acre site located in the NeoCity and NeoVation corridor near Osceola Heritage Park in a Qualified Opportunity Zone.
