The Blake at Hamlin is a two-story assisted living facility coming to Winter Park, FL. The $12.8 million venture began construction in the fourth quarter of 2019, with Winter Park Construction Company –– WPC serving as the general contractor. Construction is nearing completion and will ideally end in the coming weeks, per the Construction Journal.
The assisted living facility will comprise over 85,700 square feet of new construction and rest on 3.26 acres. Cardinal Ventures, Inc. owns the venture, and right now, this is its only active project. The facility was designed by Wier Boerner Allin Architecture, which is based in Mississippi.

The Blake at Hamlin provides a myriad of services to its elderly residents, including memory care programs, independent living units, in-house physical therapy, and dining. Amenities also include an on-site salon.
Right now, prospective residents can reserve their spots online. The memory care units and assisted living units have different layout plans. For instance, the assisted living units run from 500 to 1,000 square feet each, featuring one-bedroom and two-bedroom options. The memory care units range from 350 to 500 square feet. There are studio units and deluxe studio units.
