Eden at Crystal Lake (also called Eden Crystal Lake in some sources) is undergoing construction in Port Orange, FL. The $47 million luxury residential complex began construction in March 2021. Summit Contracting Group, Inc. is the project’s general contractor. Ideally, the organization will complete the project in June 2022. Its owned by Eden MultiFamily, which has four active projects in Jacksonville, Melbourne, Tamarac, and, of course, Port Orange.
According to Eden MultiFamily’s website, the 288 units are divided among multiple three-story garden-style buildings. Apartments.com notes that, on average, each unit measures about 736 square feet. The smallest units measure 768 to 778 square feet and start at $830 a month. The largest units measure 1,438 to 1,489 square feet, beginning at $1,330 a month.
The complex is located in Port Orange, FL.
On-site amenities include a resort-style pool, clubhouse, lakefront boardwalk, dog park, and “state-of-the-art fitness center.” Each unit comes with 9-foot-high ceilings, granite countertops, high-end appliances, and walk-in closets. Bottom floor units come with patios, while the upper stories come with balconies.
Multifamily Press reports that Eden at Crystal Lake is just four miles away from Daytona Beach. It’s also within 10 minutes of Daytona State College, Bethune-Cookman University, and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach.
Amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, dog park, and fitness center.
