Sant Ambroeus to Open First Miami Location at The Fifth Miami Beach

Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi + Bilgili have announced that Sant Ambroeus will open its first Miami location at The Fifth Miami Beach. The restaurant and coffee bar will occupy over 7,000 square feet at the base of this Class A+ office building designed by Alberto Campo Baeza. Expected to open in late 2025, Sant Ambroeus is renowned for its contemporary interpretation of traditional Milanese cuisine, elegant atmosphere, and exceptional service. This space will feature designs by Giampiero Tagliaferri, known for his work with Oliver Peoples, Brunello Cucinelli, and the Aspen location of Sant Ambroeus.

Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi+Bilgili, two internationally renowned real estate development firms, announced closing $47.25 million in construction financing from Cain International for The Fifth Miami Beach. This new Class A+ office building at 950 5th Street is the first commercial building in Miami’s South of Fifth neighborhood in 20 years. Additional Renderings Revealed For The Fifth Miami Beach At 411 Michigan Avenue, South of Fifth

New renderings have surfaced for The Fifth Miami Beach, a new 5-story Class A+ office building scheduled to start construction soon at 411 Michigan Avenue in the South of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach.  Designed by renowned Spanish master architect Alberto Campo Baeza with award-winning firm Cube 3 as the executive architect and developed by a joint venture partnership between Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi & Partners, the boutique commercial development will yield approximately 92,356 square feet, including nearly 60,000 square feet of office spaces featuring interiors by world-renowned architecture firm Gabellini Sheppard Associates. Urban Robot Associates is the landscape architect for the project, which is expected to complete construction in early 2024.

Sumaida + Khurana, Bizzi & Partners To Begin Leasing And Construction On ‘The Fifth Miami Beach’ In The Coming Months

Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi & Partners, two internationally recognized real estate development firms, announced it will begin leasing and construction in the coming months for their new Class A+ office building designed by renowned Spanish master architect Alberto Campo Baeza alongside Cube 3 as the architect of record named The Fifth Miami Beach. This will be the first commercial building in the United States and the first building in Miami designed by Baeza, who won Spain’s National Prize for Architecture last year. It will also be the first new commercial building to be built in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood in more than 15 years, located at 411 Michigan Avenue between 4th and 5th Streets. This summer, less than one year after acquiring the 21,000-square-foot site, Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi & Partners received unanimous design approval from the Historic Preservation Board of Miami.

It will be Baeza’s first commercial building in the United States. World-renowned architecture firm Gabellini Sheppard Associates is designing the interiors, award-winning firm Cube 3 is the executive architect and Miami-based Urban Robot Associates is the project’s landscape architect. Construction is expected to begin imminently.
