The complex will offer 342 rental units in one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans, with six four-story buildings providing a mix of workforce and market-rate housing.
Lennar, one of America’s leading home builders, has filed plans for a massive 1.6-million-square-foot residential community across a near 40-acre vacant property in an unincorporated area of Miami-Dade County. The development proposes 417 residential units comprising 223 townhomes and 194 villa residences across 36 buildings, 11,863 square feet of amenity space, and 946 parking spaces. PPK Architects is listed as the architect. Lennar has named the planned community Lime Grove, derived from the property owner, Lime Grove Realty, Inc. led by Samuel and Roni Jacobson.
