Located along Tampa Bay’s scenic Bayshore Drive, The Residences represents the entry of the esteemed Ritz-Carlton brand into the Bay Area. Coastal Construction has reached a milestone with the topping out of a new 30-story residential tower in Tampa, and this is the first of a two-phase development. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Tampa, located at 3101 Bayshore Boulevard, is being developed by Related Group and designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Meyer Davis and landscaping by Enzo Enea. The residential tower will feature 89 condominium residences and a selection of 12 townhome-style villas with ample amenities. At 350 feet tall, the tower will rank among the tallest residential buildings along Bayshore Boulevard.
