Fisher Brothers has topped off construction on Wynhouse Miami, an 8-story mixed-use development located at 2200 Northwest 1st Avenue in the heart of Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. This construction milestone, achieved by national contractor Suffolk Construction, brings the project closer to opening its doors in Q1 2025. Designed by Nichols Architects with interiors by ID & Design International (IDDI), Wynhouse Miami will deliver 308 rental residences, approximately 26,000 square feet of ground floor retail and paseo space, and nearly 25,000 square feet of expansive indoor and outdoor amenities.

Nichols Architect’s The Wynhouse Gets Artful Design Refinements

New renderings have surfaced of The Wynhouse, an 8-story mixed-use development proposed for 2200 Northwest 1st Avenue in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. Generally referred to as FB Wynwood, the project is designed by Coral Gables-based Nichols Architects with interiors by New York-based Rockwell Group and developed by New York’s Fisher Brothers under the FBWS Development Senior LLC. The Wynhouse is planned to yield approximately 360,394 square feet of space including 308 residential units, 21,605 square feet of ground floor commercial space ,a 4,140-square-foot public paseo, and 122 combined onsite and offsite parking. Miami Lakes-based Langan Engineering is listed as the civil, geotechnical, environmental and traffic engineer. Hollywood-based Witkin Hults + Partners is the landscape architect.

(Fisher Brothers), a New York City-based real estate developer, filed site plans for The Wynhouse, an 8-story mixed-use building proposed for 2200 Northwest 1st Avenue in Wynwood, Miami. Designed by Coral Gables-based Nichols Architects with New York’s Rockwell Group handling interiors for FBWS Development Senior LLC, an affiliate of Fisher Brothers, the 360,394-square-foot edifice would yield 308 residential units, 24,114 square feet of ground floor commercial space, 8,250 square feet of public paseo space, 8,165 square feet of rooftop amenities and 122 combined onsite and street parking. AREA15, the award-winning immersive and experiential art, entertainment, dining and retail district, announces the debut of its second location to be developed in the heart of the tourism sector in Orlando, Florida. Designed by creative agency Beneville Studios and developed by Fisher Brothers, both based in New York, the entertainment complex will occupy a 2-story, 300,000-square-foot structure and yield over 150,000 square feet of leasable space, 72,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event spaces, and 34,000 square feet of interconnected SPINE, free to the public.
