Revised Plans for Oceanfront Redevelopment in Hollywood Adds More Residential Units Under Florida’s Live Local Act

Condra Property Group has updated its redevelopment plans for a group of oceanfront hotels, adding more residential units under Florida’s Live Local Act. The New York-based developer, led by Allen Konstam, will present the revised application to Hollywood’s Technical Advisory Committee on July 1. The project concerns 3.33 acres at 2007 and 2115 N. Ocean Drive; 309, 333, and 341 Oklahoma St.; 320 and 324 McKinley St.; 320, 322, 324, and 326 Nebraska St.; and 2012 N. Surf Road. The property, located along the city’s famed Broadwalk, currently comprises 123 hotel rooms in mostly two-story buildings, including the Neptune Hollywood Beach Hotel, Hollywood Beach Seaside, and Casa Pellegrino Boutique Hotel. The developer has the properties under contract from various owners.

Plans Filed For 200-Unit Multifamily Development At 1830-1844 Jackson Street In Hollywood

Plans have been filed for Jackson Street Apartments, a 13-story apartment building proposed for 1830 – 1844 Jackson Street in Hollywood. Designed by Joseph B. Kaller of Kaller Architecture with Gabriela Fojt of The Mirror of Paradise as the landscape architect and developed by Menachem Trietel of Brooklyn-based Capitall Group in partnership with Isaac Khabie of ARK Ventures under the Fifty Street Investments LLC, the 140-foot-tall structure would yield a floor area of 148,366 square feet, which would include 200 rental apartments, approximately 1,384 square feet of ground floor retail space, and 236 parking spaces. Hollywood’s Planning and Development Board is scheduled to review the plans on May 14.
