Beachside Residences is unfolding in Hollywood, Florida. The seven-story residential building will offer 36 units, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom layout plans. Of the 36 units, some are two-story townhomes.
Homes start at $600,000 each, and the complex is now accepting reservations. Floorplans measure from about 830 square feet to just over 2,700 square feet. The building itself requires more than 94,000 square feet of new construction.
Amenities include a fitness center.
Kaller Architecture designed the complex. Units come outfitted with imported Italian cabinets, top-of-the-line finishings, and waterfront views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Beachside Residences is a minimalist luxury complex offered to those who live in Broward County either seasonally or all year long.
Communal amenities include a private swimming pool and fitness center. The complex itself is near many of Hollywood’s amenities, located just minutes away from the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. In total, Beachside Residences costs about $24 million to build. Condra Property Group owns the venture. Other involved entities in the project include GGB Engineering, Inc. (the civil engineer) and the Mirror of Paradise (the landscape architect).
