The upcoming 661-foot-tall, 50-story Legacy Miami Worldcenter has officially sold out ahead of ground breaking and construction. Designed by Kobi Karp and developed by Royal Palm Companies, this is the first development in Downtown Miami to sell out prior to putting in a shovel in the ground. A brokerage team from OneWorld Properties is behind the successful sale of the project’s units.
The news regarding the sell out comes directly from the Instagram accounts of @legacymwc, the official page for the project, and @owpbrokers, the official page for the brokerage firm managing the sales and marketing of the development, who confirmed the news on May 24th, 2021.

Legacy will rise in the heart of the greater Miami Worldcenter mega-development, a nearly30-acre – $1.5 Billion mixed-use project brought upon the city by Miami Worldcenter Associates led by principals Art Falcone and Nitwin Motwani. The building’s official address is marked at 930 Northeast 1st Avenue, which is right across the street from the Elkus Manfredi Architects-designed Paramount Miami Worldcenter located at 851 NE 1st Ave, and within close proximity to the Park West Metromover station.
This project takes the meaning of “mixed-use” to new high standards, where the building serves various purposes and spaces are optimized for maximum quality. Alternatively known as Legacy Hotel & Residences, there will be 287 microLUXE-themed residences, 262 luxury hotel rooms, commercial spaces for restaurant use, an international business center, a medical office, a center for health and performance, retail spaces and a massive atrium perched at the top of the building enclosing many of the amenities .
Construction permits remain pending.

This building is beautiful, I only wish they built it a lot higher. We need more supertalls in Miami! Park West is becoming the best area in Miami by the way, this will be so much nicer than Brickell. Can’t wait for the commercial tenants to be announced!!
Stunning! Miami World Center is going to be the best location in town. I just hope the SkyRise will be built too as we need some unique building like any major city.
