Palm Avenue Lofts is the third piece of the puzzle in Prestige Builders Group’s latest initiative to provide workforce housing to those living in Hialeah, FL.
Upon completion, Prestige Builders Group will have built three new developments: Poe’s Lofts, Champion’s Lofts, and Palm Avenue Lofts. Of the three, Palm Avenue Lofts is the smallest, featuring only 30 units and sitting on a half-acre of land. Additionally, Palm Avenue Lofts will comprise two buildings that are three stories above grade.

The three developments will cost $21 million to construct. Palm Avenue Loft’s construction budget is about a third of that budget. There is no information on how much rent will be, as the building is just beginning construction.
According to the Prestige Builders Group’s website, each one-bedroom unit will have granite countertops, tile floors, and contemporary cabinets. Per the Real Deal, Palm Avenue (along with its two counterparts) will be “garden-style apartments.” This architectural term refers to low-rise buildings that have landscaped communal areas.
The build site
Palm Avenue Loft’s physical location is 1201 Palm Avenue, Hialeah, FL, 33025. The development will be in Miami-Dade County. In terms of relative proximity, Palm Avenue Lofts will be located down the street from the Miami-Dade District Court and Hialeah City Hall.

I see that the construction of the building is underway. Many question is how affordable would the rent be in that area.
