After much anticipation, The Main Las Olas has finally concluded construction. The multi-million-dollar venture, led by Stiles Corp. and Shorestein Properties, towers 27 stories above grade and features retailers, office space, and luxury apartments. The mixed-use venture comprises over 1.4 million square feet of new construction, per the South Florida Business Journal.
According to the Construction Journal, the endeavor’s office tower wrapped up construction in December 2020 and has been in operation ever since. A Greenwise Market has also been servicing the area, located on the ground floor beneath the new apartments. Now that construction is over, retailers will move into the new space, and new residents will also begin moving in.

Per The Main Las Olas’ website, the residential aspect of the building is called “Novo Las Olas,” which literally translates into “the new waves.” Apartments come in studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units.
The studio apartments begin at $2,334 a month, while the largest units go for about $4,200 a month. Each unit, regardless of size, is outfitted with ceiling-to-floor windows, quartz countertops, and plank flooring. Prospective residents can book virtual tours online.
