Harbor Grove, a multi-family residential complex, is presently undergoing construction. AHS Residential, the project’s owner, reports that the community will open in Summer 2022. Construction began on the venture in the fourth quarter of 2020. The community will comprise nine apartment buildings, each measuring three stories above grade. In total, there’s 324 units, ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom layout plans.
Each unit comes outfitted with 10-foot-high ceilings, plank flooring, in-home washers and dryers, and stainless steel appliances. Residents on the upper stories get balconies, while those on the ground floor get patios. There’s a host of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a community swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, multi-purpose clubhouse, gated access, children’s play area––the list goes on.

The Construction Journal reports that the project will cost about $28 million to build. In total, the complex will comprise over 107,000 square feet of new construction and rest on 14 acres.
Right now, prospective residents can view conceptual renderings through AHS Residential’s website. Conceptual renderings reveal that the community is centered around a sizeable body of water. The buildings’ exterior reveal light brick on the bottom floors and neutral blue and white coloring on the top. The design may be subject to change, however.
