A 4.84-acre plot of land will soon be home to the Ritz-Carlton Residences Tampa. The endeavor, valued at around $400 million, will start construction either late this year or early next year. Ideally, general contractor Coastal Construction will finish the first phase in 2024.
Many people know the Ritz-Carlton as a chain of luxury hotels, with locations throughout the world. However, the organization is now constructing residential homes in addition to providing state-of-the-art accommodations. Units will cost anywhere from $1.6 million to $5.6 million, although this is subject to change.
The entire project, which will reach completion in 2028, will comprise two buildings, measuring 27 stories and 28 stories. The 28-story building (the first one) will include the 89 condos and 12 townhomes. The second 27-story tower will comprise 80 units.
Arquitectonica Headquarters is the project’s architect. Online renderings show a sleek, glass exterior with an avant-garde facade. Communal amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, saunas, a fitness center, a children’s playground, and a landscaped dog park. Unit amenities include 10-foot-high windows, stainless steel appliances, balconies, and pre-wired smart home appliances. Many units come with breathtaking views of Hillsborough Bay.
Ritz-Carlton Residences Tampa is located at 5000 Bayshore Road, Tampa, FL, 33611, in Hillsborough County.
