Sycamore Resort is currently undergoing construction in Osceola County, the Construction Journal reports. The $100 million venture will bring over 370 vacation condos to the Orlando metropolitan area, with the community only being nine minutes away from Margaritaville Resort Orlando. The community’s owned by Primeland USA. RLH Construction, LLC started construction in March 2021 and will finish in July 2023.
The vacation condos range from one- to three-bedroom units. There’s three different layouts to choose from: the Palm Model, the Oaktree Model, and the Cedar Model. They range from 648 square feet, 1,237 square feet, and 1,481 square feet, respectively.
The residences are divided among six six-story buildings. Conceptual renderings show that the buildings make a “U” shape, with a three-story clubhouse at the community’s center. The “Sycamore Club” comprises 25,000 square feet of new construction that includes a rooftop bar, arcade, fitness center, and kids’ play area. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, a resort-style pool, poolside bar, playground, and pickleball court.
Sycamore Resort is a pet-friendly hotspot with an on-premises pet hotel. The facility features a dog daycare center, dog park, training lessons, and reception area.
The 10-acre destination’s address is 7761 Livingston Road, Kissimmee, FL, 34747. As noted, it’s located in Osceola County, just seven minutes away from Walt Disney World Resort.
