NOVEL Nona began construction in June 2021, the Construction Journal reports. The multi-million-dollar project will feature 260 luxury units. There will be 47 studio apartments, 109 one-bedroom units, and 104 two-bedroom units. In total, the community requires over 315,000 square feet of new construction. Many units come with waterside views and balconies.
The units are housed in a four-story wood building. Amenities include a saltwater resort-style pool, gazebos, and communal outdoor areas. One of the best amenities is Lake Nona itself, one of the area’s newest and most thriving locations.
Construction on the luxury complex began earlier in 2021.
NOVEL Nona’s owner, Crescent Communities, purchased the land in May 2021 and started construction a month later, per the organization’s website. This is the firm’s fourth community in the Orlando general area.
Dwell Design Studio Headquarters and 505 Design the project’s architects. McVeigh & Mangum Engineering Inc.––Atlanta is the MEP engineer, and DeAngelis Diamond Construction, Inc. is the general contractor. All organizations are based either in Florida or Georgia.
Amenities include a resort-style saltwater swimming pool.
NOVEL Nona’s address is 11850 Narcoossee Road, Orlando, FL, 32832, in Orange County. In terms of proximity, it’s near Lake Nona Medical Center, a “650-acre health and sciences park.” It’s also near Valencia College and Tyson’s Corner, an upcoming 73,000-square-foot retail project.
