Silver Beach Industrial Park Slated for 1600 Silver Beach Road, Lake Park, FL

Construction will start on Silver Beach Industrial Park in December 2021, the South Florida Business Journal reports. The developer, ASVRF Silver Beach Road LLC (a partnership between Mitchell Property Realty, American Realty Advisors, and Ridgeline Property Group), purchased the 24.2-acre property for $17.2 million in 2020. The Construction Journal reports that the project will cost around $40.7 million to complete.

Silver Beach Industrial Park will comprise four warehouses, each measuring one story above grade. Separately, each building measures around 90,000 square feet, measuring 32 feet high. In total, the project requires more than 360,000 square feet of new construction.

Silver Lake Industrial Park comprises four buildings measuring about 90,000 square feet each.

Raunch Robertson Commercial Realty Advisors notes that Silver Beach Industrial Park will primarily focus on distribution in the eCommerce sector. It also reports that very few industrial lots are located in West Palm Beach, despite the growing demand for same-day shipping. For reference, the warehouse’s location is in Lake Park, north of West Palm Beach proper. However, it’s eight minutes from the Port of Palm Beach.

HMN Architecture, the project’s architect, released conceptual renderings online. The low-rise building features dark blue trim and a white facade. There are also dozens of loading bays.

Construction’s slated to start December 2021.

Silver Beach Industrial Park’s website is 1600 Silver Beach Road, Lake Park, FL, 33404, in Palm Beach County.
